This new Syracuse Server Hotfix 12.24.2.3 addresses a few different bugs and improvements in Sage X3 2026 R1:
This Hotfix may only be applied to Sage X3 2026 R1 and complements the previously released Syracuse Hotfix.
Issues addressed:
"Error when using add-on badges in Syracuse roles – login failure" - A fix has been implemented to automatically refresh the cache as soon as an add-on license is loaded. (X3-378693);
"Home page Tab titles do not transfer when moving from one X3 solution to another." - The export of localisation titles for pageLayout has been restored (X3-376395);
"Limitation on concurrent API calls (classes/representations) after upgrade to 2026 R1" - The web service consumption control has been improved to support high concurrency (X3-379780)
