Syracuse Server Hotfix 12.24.1.11

This new Syracuse Server Hotfix 12.24.1.11 addresses a few different bugs and improvements in Sage X3 2026 R1:
This Hotfix may only be applied to Sage X3 2026 R1

Issues addressed:

- "The registration in Sage Network (E-invoicing) is no longer a prerequisite for using DCC. Only the Organisation registration is required; the company is automatically registered." - Please be aware that only one Organisation by application is allowed. (X3-373469)

- "Syracuse allows entering domainless URLs in outbound REST Web Services" - Improvements have been made to verify that the entered URL is indeed an absolute HTTP(S) URL; otherwise, the entry will fail and, for saved URLs, the parameter will be ignored. (X3-373845)

- E-invoicing : Non-compliant file rejected by Peppol. (X3-375704)

- "Optical Terminals: Overloaded Screens" - Size regressions fixed (X3-372413)
