Syracuse Server Hotfix 12.22.13.5

This Syracuse Server Hotfix 12.22.13.5 addresses a few different cases and improvements for Sage X3 2025 R1:

This Hotfix may only be applied to Sage X3 2025R1 and complements the previously released Syracuse Hotfix.

Issues addressed:

- Attachment group of tags after BillingReference (X3-377929)

- Quick Print icon should not be displayed in versions prior to 12.24 (X3-378090)

- Syracuse 12.23.7.15 expand array icon causes the grid to disappear (X3-377913)
