  FIXED Error in Multiaccount processing and Manual Reconicliation after migrating from R1.12 to R1.13
  Mitigation regarding corrupted form issue (aka blank screen) preventing to restart apppool
  - F5 (simple refresh from the browser) SHALL work, shall because R&D still not reproduced this issue
  - If corrupted form is reproduced, on the tenant where problem occurs you may:
      1/ Either do full clean on every form opening (on the tenant with checked app setting) by checking the “Disable full card generation caching” app setting. But it will have greater performance impact on all tenants actions (maybe not significantly noticeable by user, but still impact will be);
      2/ Or if your client accept at least one try of the next form failure, try partial cleaning on every form opening (on the tenant with checked app setting) by checking the “Disable View Metadata caching” app setting.
  Note that “Disable full card generation caching” app setting has a priority. This means if both checked it will be used.
